Pain Battery
Pain Battery is Victor's first ability in Deadlock (slot 1), an active ability with a 2 second cooldown. Taking any damage passively charges up your Pain Battery. Once full, activating the ability fires multiple shocking bolts, dealing spirit damage once per target. Its tooltip lists 100 Damage (+1.6 x Spirit). Upgrades: tier 1 +32% Move Speed and +2s Slow Duration; tier 2 +50 Damage; tier 3 +15% Missing Health as Healing and +0.6 Damage Spirit scaling.
